學英文不會輕易放棄秘密心聲
媒體報導，行政院長林全上任滿月，對自己的表現「自評不太好」；林全說，當時是說給自己打分數是沒意義的事，沒想到被報紙誤解，但不管外界怎樣批評，都會全力以赴。
中國國民黨立委柯志恩在立法院施政總質詢時指出，林全上任一個月，負面評價暴增十六點四個百分點，並要林全為自己打分數；林全說，如果要替自己評分不太好，永遠不會對自己表現感到滿意，至少內閣都滿盡力，做得好不好這部分，大家都有不同評斷。
民主進步黨立委徐國勇下午質詢時，拿著報紙頭版以「閣揆滿月，自評『不太好』」為標題，認為似乎與林全本學美語 辦公室英文意不同，讓林全解釋。
林全表示，當時是因為柯志恩問他要不要自評，他一向認為自己給自己打分數是沒有意義的事情，所以他覺得自評這個事情不太好，是這個意思。
林全說，他沒想到會被報紙誤解到是說「自評自己不太好」；不管外界有怎樣的批評，都會全力以赴，這些批評是正確的就會記下來，「對我們有幫助的就會來改變，沒有意義的就把它拋開」。
